PHOTOS & ENTRIES FROM MY TRAVEL JOURNAL.

After breakfast Motez arranged for a Falucca to take me and a few others from our boat to Elephantine Island. A Falucca seemed sort of anachronistic & touristy but it is actually the most efficient way to hop from island to island here. Quite a smooth ride. Got some nice shots of the shoreline as we calmly sailed south past Kitchener Island and onto the Botanical Gardens on Elephantine Island. Some of these images could be pivotal for my book.
